Keeping It Simple

I am a one-person operation, and I prefer to keep it simple. I design all of my websites to be mostly text, so they are very fast-loading. I do not suggest using flash animations, wav files or other slow-loading elements. You want your potential customers to see information about your product or service, not a bunch of flashy graphics. They add little to your site. Your site should be clean, fast-loading and easy to navigate. That is the way my sites work.

My Packages are pre-priced and economical, allowing you to work within your budget. You will know what you are getting and what it will cost, right from the start - no surprises!

Working Together

I will consult with you on the telephone and via email and/or regular mail to determine what your website will include and what it will look like.

If you decide that you want me to design your site, you will remit a deposit equal to 1/3 of the quoted price.

Once your deposit is received, I will develop a test home page for your approval. If you do not believe my website design services will meet your needs, I will refund the deposit.

On your approval, I will complete your website based upon your specifications, as long as they are within the scope of the features offered in the Package that you select.

I will contact you by telephone or email with any questions that I may have while I am creating your site.

I will publish a draft copy of your completed website at a temporary location. You will review and proof that draft copy. I will fix any errors that may be present and I will make minor modifications that you may want.

I will then deliver your website. Your site is considered delivered when I publish it to the website hosting provider's web server.

Graphics, photos and text: All of the graphics, photos and text that you wish to be included in your website must be provided to me in PC-compatible, electronic format, CD-ROM or floppy disk delivered via email or regular mail.

Payment: A deposit equal to 1/3 of the quoted price must be received before any work is commenced and the balance owed must be paid in full before the website is delivered. Payment may be made by personal check, business check or money order.

Revisions: Creation of your website does not include any future revisions. Any revisions that I make to your site 7 days after it has been delivered will be billed at $50 per hour, with a one-hour minimum fee.

I guarantee your complete satisfaction. Once your deposit is received, I will develop a test home page for your approval. If you do not believe my website design services will meet your needs, I will refund the deposit.
